Layout
I like your layout, although it looks a little old fashioned. The CSS matches pretty simple. Overall I think the layouts nice and you did a good job. Except the Banner sticks out a little (may be my browser) and the Backgrounds a little too sparklly. And when i go through your site the background stops loading.
Organization/ Other
Alot of the links dont work and some of them com out of the i-frame completely andhave that error text comes up. For Example when you click more "affies/apply" This comes up:

The requested URL /graphics/affies.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Yup thats what happens and some other things like when you click layouts banners etc also and are spelled wrong etc.

You have alot of content and its also very good with its quality this is going to help you ALOT with this reveiw. You glitters are simple and really good. Although These ones may be a bit offensive, but thats my opinion so i wont say much about that. I love these sribbles 1 2 3 those are super amazing! I like that you have alot of signs thats great to have. I think you should add more tuts and resources those are big hits on peoples sites ( i say that alot) So overall OUTSTANDING JOB!!

Great job! i think that the small errors cost you another star and lack of updates as i can tell from your blogs.
